INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS
WE CAN SHIP TO MOST COUNTRIES.   INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS DO NOT REQUIRE AN EXPORT LICENSE FOR OUR PRODUCTS; THEY ARE CLASSIFIED AS 'NO LICENSE REQUIRED (NLR)' UNDER EXPORT ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS CODE 'EAR 99' OF THE U.S. DEPT OF COMMERCE . THESE ARE ALSO CODED AUTOMOBILE PARTS & ACCESSORIES - OTHER" (HARMONIZED SYSTEM CODE 8708.99).  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES/TARIFF/TAXES AT YOUR  RECEIVING PORT OF ENTRY.

If you mail a personal check, your order will ship 5-7 business days after receiving your check.

This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

PAYMENT:  WE ACCEPT MOST FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept Checks and Money Orders.  Checks subject to 4-7 day banking clearance hold.  We accept credit cards through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) for payment. PayPal online security provides paying through credit card with maximum security and privacy. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received. Please see Privacy Policy in our STORE site.

SHIPPING:  Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days (M-F) after your funds have cleared the bank or credit charge.  You will be notified if there is any delays in this schedule. If you request, Express orders will be shipped within 3 business days (M-F). Shipping to USA locations are by U.S. Parcel Post which is our Preferred Standard method.  UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air mail can be contracted separately and will require an e-Mail or call to us for a quote on shipping/handling charges. Shipping to Canada, Asia, Australia, Europe, and other global destinations are by US Post Office Global International First Class mail only. To determine shipping costs for products please go through the process of ordering an item - you will proceed through the Check Out Process to the Invoice page where shipping charges are shown along with your purchased item invoiced amount + sales tax if any.  International shipments go by US Post Office International First Class and is automatically calculated based on your Country.

ORDERERING YOUR ITEM FOR SHIPPING:  You will enter our ONLINE STORE to search out  the product item you require.  This is the steps to order a product:  (1) Select your item from the "Product" page (Shopping Cart), then Click "CHECK OUT".   (2) The  'Customer Login' page is next. You may 'Create a New Account' or you may be a Returning Customer.  (3) You will be directed to the Customer Information page where you provide your Name and Address information and ALSO directed to a 'Ship To' page if you Click on this message: "|_| This will be shipped to a different address ". (4) Once you have added your customer information, including postal code, click on 'Continue' and you will be directed to CHECK OUT.  (5) Shipping is automatically calculated using Parcel Post (U.S. Post Office web site) or International First Class Mailing fees we have calculated from the US Post Office for each Country. (6) Your Invoice shows the Cost of the Items Purchased (less any Discount) and the freight and sales tax (if any).  International Shipments will not be charged sales tax, but customers are responsible for Customs Duties/Tariffs/Taxes, if any,  when receiving through your Country's Customs.

Exchange Policies / Procedures

REPLACEMENT: Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement within 15 days of receipt.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of receipt. Exchanges may be made for merchandise only.  Exchange will be made 'in kind' for the original item, such as exchange for a different Model due to fit and function for your requirement.    Shipping on exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer. We require that you E-mail for pre-approval prior to returning merchandise for exchange. Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging. Please enclose a copy either of your invoice (that you printed from our web page) or a copy of the order confirmation we E-mailed to you.

RETURN ITEM FOR CREDIT: A restocking fee of 20% of the item sales price will be deducted from any credit issued to your credit card or by check payable to you if you return the item, unused and in good workable condition upon inspection by us.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED: Please request a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" by email, fax or phone call to us before returning the item(s). Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise to us will be reimbursed.
